How do I install the Zoom app?

Note: This feature requires a Zoom account in order to use this integration. Also, you must be a Super-Admin for your organization to install or manage this app.

There are two ways to install the Zoom app:

Install from within BoardSite:

  1. Login to your BoardSite account.
  2. Go to Organization > Integrations.
  3. Look for the Zoom integration option and ensure the status shows “Not Installed.”
  4. Click the “Install” button.
  5. Follow the prompts to login to your Zoom account (if needed) and authorize BoardSite to access your Zoom account.
  6. You should be redirected back to the Integrations page where you will see the Zoom app listed with the status showing “Installed.”

Install from Zoom App Marketplace:

  1. Login to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
  2. Search for the BoardSite app.
  3. Click the BoardSite app and click the “Install” button.
  4. You will be redirected back to BoardSite to login, if needed. You will then see the Zoom app listed on the Integrations page with the status of “Installed.”
