How to Use Discussions #

Discussions is a feature that allows you to organize and participate in conversations on various topics. You can create and manage discussions by category, and target specific audiences for each discussion.

(Editing abilities may vary by organization and role. For assistance, contact your BoardSite administrator).

Accessing Discussions:

In the Navigation menu, click on Discussions. You will then have the option to choose either Discussions or Categories.

View Discussions:

Under Discussions, you can view the available discussions within each category, as well as the number of threads in each discussion.

Managing Categories:

Under Discussion Categories, you can organize your categories, view a description of each category, and see the list of discussions along with the number of threads in each.

 

Note: To use the Discussions feature, you must first create Categories.

Once set up, these features allow you to efficiently organize, manage, and participate in discussions, enhancing communication and ensuring a more focused, streamlined experience.
